Tidy Up Together Launch Week

What Malum Games posted, what buyers said, and what is still missing from Steam news.

Launch Week Notes

Tidy Up Together launched on Steam on 14 August 2026. Two days later the store still had no patch-note feed beyond two community announcements, a small Positive review sample, and an introductory price that the product page said would end on 21 August. This page is the launch-week log so the rest of the wiki does not pretend a patch dropped when it did not.

If you want a buy/skip verdict, use the review hub. If you want to play, use Getting Started. This page is for people who searched update, news, or Leviathan count.

Official Steam posts

Demo Release & Customization. Author on the post: Ducati. The demo went live. The studio asked for feedback in Steam Discussions and on Discord (https://discord.gg/VwPPdWetMC). The same note added character customization: different outfits and outfit colours. Details live on the outfits page. No skill numbers were attached to clothes.

The Leviathan Approaches. Posted on the eve of launch. The in-fiction wizard “found your other shop,” the Leviathan Store, and “9,514 items have been launched into the air.” That number matters. The live store page still says almost 10,000. A launch review had already counted 9,514. The developer news post now uses the same figure in the studio’s own voice. Treat 9,514 as the official Leviathan count until a later patch says otherwise. The post also said the demo had a brief dungeon / outage and was live again, with apologies, and that launch remained 14 August. Feedback still goes to Discord and Steam, not to this wiki.

There is no third news post as of this writing. No balance patch. No auto-shelf addition. No extra language pack. If the Steam news hub is empty in your language filter, you are not missing a hidden patch. It is not there.

What the store page changed around launch

The full-game page now says 3 levels of varying sizes, 650 / 2,500 / almost 10,000 items, 14 categories, three shops. Older demo marketing said 4 levels in the package and 12 categories. Those two sentences can both be true if you count the unique demo shop as a fourth level that is not a full-game campaign floor. The demo guide explains that split. Do not hunt a secret fourth Adventurer shop inside the paid build.

Introductory pricing on the live page: $5.99 list, $5.39 during the launch discount, offer end dated 21 August. Press in July had floated a $5 figure. Pay what Steam shows at checkout.

First-week Steam reviews

The review API on 15 August showed 13 total reviews, 11 up, 2 down, summary Positive. That is a tiny sample. It is still the only public score.

Praise that repeated: cozy and relaxing; medieval / shop music; pet the cat; cartoony art; outfits; three charming shop sizes; highlight and auto-grab; bug-free reports from multi-hour sessions; price. One long English review called Leviathan a friendship test at about 9k items and said auto-shelf is not in this game, shelves are not unique-locked like books, and coins arrive every two percent.

Complaints that repeated: ability points feel very slow, especially walk speed and carry (Japanese review). No dedicated unique slots and no way to misplace items, which made the loop too simple for a French reviewer who wanted named supports and mixed stock on one shelf. A second Japanese review preferred Shelves and Sorcery on price, achievements, skills, and modes, kept this game’s multiplayer as the one win, and still called pickup/place hitboxes tight. One positive English review said their eyes hurt. Use Camera Comfort on controls if that is you.

Brazilian and Russian short reviews added the same music-and-vibe note the English praise already had. They are not a new mechanic. They are more people hearing the soundtrack.

What is still missing

No published full skill tree. No official 14-category table. No Mac or Linux build. No extra client language. No redeem codes. No YouTube trailer id beyond the one verified long-play on Getting Started. This page will not fill those gaps with guesses.

When a real patch lands, it should appear on the Steam news hub first. Until then, play the three shops, spend coins on the upgrade order, and invite people before Leviathan. The wizard already wrote the only launch patch note that matters: 9,514 things are on that floor.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Did Tidy Up Together get a day-one patch?

Steam news showed two community posts, not a balance patch. One restored the demo after a short outage. One confirmed Leviathan at 9,514 items.

Is 9,514 official now?

Yes for Leviathan. The developer news post The Leviathan Approaches uses that number. The store page still says almost 10,000.

When does the launch discount end?

The live product page dated the introductory offer to 21 August 2026. Confirm the Steam widget before you pay.

Where do I send feedback?

Studio Discord and Steam Discussions, as the customization post asked. This wiki cannot patch the game.
